In December 2016, Tongchuan health and Family Planning Bureau launched the public selection of drug and consumable distribution enterprises in public medical institutions at all levels in Tongchuan City. According to the regulations, each of the three-level and two-level medical institutions participating in the selection shall have no more than 15 "two ticket system" distribution enterprises. If the consumables manufacturers directly distribute consumables for medical institutions, they will not be included in the number of these 15 distribution enterprises. In addition, Tongchuan health and Family Planning Commission requires that the registered capital of distribution enterprises involved in the selection should be more than 10 million yuan, and priority should be given to entering Tongchuan hospital for distribution. The business place and storage area of the enterprise should not be less than 200 square meters, and the refrigerated warehouse should not be less than 30 cubic meters. Since 2014, the enterprise has no record of serious violations of laws and regulations, the products it operates are not included in the quality blacklist, and the enterprise is not included in the commercial bribery Good record, etc. The range of medical consumables products involved in the selection is: ten categories of high-value medical consumables; general medical consumables, such as injection and puncture equipment, medical and health materials and dressings, common consumables in operating room, anesthesiology consumables, medical X-ray auxiliary equipment and components; consumables and testing reagents for blood station and blood bank, etc. In the end, 71 enterprises were selected and will serve 12 public hospitals under Tongchuan in the future. Among them, only 3 hospitals have selected 15 distributors, and the rest have not.
